A volcanic eruption in Indonesia that has displaced more than 22,000 people is intensifying, local authorities say. Mount Sinabung, which began spewing gas in September after a three-year slumber, has erupted over 220 times this week. The hot ashes and smoke have caused pyroclastic flows -- a fast-moving mass of gas and rocks -- to stretch to seven kilometers down the southeast slope of the 2,600 meter (8,530 foot) mountain in North Sumatra. Last week, flows reached three kilometers. The local government is still able to cope with the disaster, and no casualties have been reported according to Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman for Indonesia's national agency for disaster management. The government has evacuated more than 22,000 people to 34 temporary camps. However one area, housing at least 1,000 residents, still lacks necessary provisions and shelter. The displaced say they have urgent need for baby formula, clean water and gas, said local aid coordinator in Jambur Siabang-abang. A national emergency hasn't been declared, but the government is prepared for the "worst case scenario." In case of bigger eruptions, the danger zone would be extended to a radius of 10 kilometers from 5 to 7 kilometers currently. If the zone is enlarged, Nugroho estimates that 59,000 people would have to be evacuated.

The beautiful singer, Adele, will soon appear on a movie. Adele will play the British pop legendary singer, Dusty Springfield which was popular in 1950s era.

The singer of “Someone Like You” will begin her filming in the late of 2014 or early 2015. Her movie story will be written by David Stenn, the scenario’s author of “Boardwalk Empire”.

“There is a project, and it really involves Adele” said a source quoted by Female First, on Saturday.

Adele previously revealed that Dusty works have great influences on her. However, she must contend with Nicole Kidman who is also interested in playing the character of Dusty. The singer of “Skyfall” must approve her scripts and emptying her schedule to fully play in the movie. Unfortunately, her management would not comment related to that movie.

The movie will narrate the story of Dusty musical journey in 1968 when she signed a contract at Atlantic Records and moved to Tennessee to record her classic album “Dusty in Memphis” which gave birth to the iconic song “Son of a Preacher Man”.

Apple Will Launch iPhone 5S

Apple will produce the latest generation iPhone this july. It’s called the iPhone 5S. This is the analytics result of Peter Misek of Jefferies & Company. Therefore, the latest gadget from Apple will be pursuing sales between September or early October. As quoted from the Geek, Peter Misek predicted that Apple will order 50 million to 55 million iPhones in the fourth quarter of this year. 5 million is the iPhone 5S.

The model of iPhone 5S is not much different from its predecessor the iPhone 5. The iPhone model will be equipped with a quad-core PowerVR SGX544MP4 GPU and 2GB of RAM, while the screen is 4-inch IGZO and designed with a resolution of 1136 × 640. Rumors said that the specifications of iPhone 5S will make the performance more quickly.

This latest phone from Apple comes with a fingerprint scanner that will provide extra security to open the main screen. This is the long-awaited gadget from Apple by their fans and is expected to be priced at around USD 300 – USD 400.

The Easy Ways to Avoid Cancer

Apparently, the cancer risk can be avoided by easy ways. The cancer instructor at Cancer Foundation of Indonesia, D.Nurcahyo said that there are easy ways to avoid cancer.

First, multiply the consumption of antioxidants. Raw foods that contain lots of antioxidants are vegetables such as broccoli, mustard greens, bitter melon, tomatoes, carrots, celery, papaya leaves, and nuts. The fruits are, papaya, apples, grapes, pears, melon, watermelon, and guava. Then antioxidants can be found in the soybean and marine fish.

Second, drink water more. Nurcahyo suggested the consumption of water is about 10-12 glasses of water/day. He said that the perfect time to consume water that is when you wake up, before and after your meals and before going to the bed .

Third, do regular exercises. Fourth, if you need, you have to do immunotherapy. This method is an attempt to counteract cancer cells by increasing the immune response. Cancer is a tumor that has become malignant. In general, cancer patients will experience a number of complaints such as, shortness of breath, asthma, and weight loss without dieting.

Loic Remy was the hero for Newcastle City. He scored twice in the first round on last Saturday. Newcastle city finally beaten Cardiff 2-1 in the Premier League.

At 30, Remy opened the scoring by his solo run effort. He ran to break the left then cut when passed by defenders. Then, he putted a shot from the outside of the post. He also scored a second goal when the ball rebounded seven minutes later.
